Prescription Refills

For refills of your pets' medications, please contact a nurse at 970-674-1775 or email us at peakvetspecialists@q.com. Because we often have to special order medications, please allow 48 hours to process refills. Always double check with us if you are to continue or discontinue a medication after the current quantity runs out. Some medications have to be tapered before discontinuing, so never stop a medication abruptly without first checking with us or your family veterinarian.

Some medications can be filled at your local human pharmacy, and some may be eligible for discounted prescription drug programs. Let us know if you are interested in this option.

For Larimer and Weld County residents: Larimer and Weld Counties offer a free prescription discount card through the National Association of Counties (NACo) which can be applied toward pet medications at participating pharmacies. The card saves an average of 24% on prescription medications not already covered by insurance.
